I have a 2014 Mercedes SL350 and AllKlasse have performed the two annual services from when I purchased it. They are friendly and talk through any work that needs to be done, only use Mercedes parts and are incredibly competitively priced compared to Mercedes main dealers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had to take my KIA into All Klasse for the second time this year after having someone damage my parked car in my absence (again!). Previously, I commented on the excellent work and great customer service provided by the crew at their premises in Bishops Stortford. Once again, they have achieved an excellent paint match and panel fit so I’m delighted to be able to repeat my opinion of their performance on this occasion.

The part required couldn’t readily be sourced in the UK and was, to use that rather silly motor trade expression, on ‘back order’ from Korea or Slovakia, or wherever. Eventually, All Klasse managed to lay hands on one and we arranged for my car to be dropped off at 0800 hours this morning.

I got a call at lunchtime to inform me that the car was ready for collection and I duly picked it up mid-afternoon. In summary, once again, All Klasse did a great job, kept me appraised of progress in trying to secure the part (rear lower valance) and made me feel like a valued customer.

Many thanks to all the staff at All Klasse and should I ever need to avail myself again of quality work on any of my cars, I know where to go. Moreover, if any friends or neighbours have the need of some professional repair work on their vehicles, I shall happily recommend All Klasse.

Huge thanks to Kelly Dawkins and the staff at All Klasse for the recent bodywork repairs performed on my KIA. All Klasse is not on my insurer’s approved list of repairers but, nonetheless, the company was my chosen repairer and once authorised by my insurer, they very swiftly ordered up the parts and had everything in place so that the work was dealt with in 24 hours.

Should I ever in the future need to have body damage occasioned by…….mmm, he/she never left his (or her) details!……repaired, I would have no hesitation in asking All Klasse to put it straight again.

After failing its MOT, I was recommended Klasse Autos to get the faults fixed. Kelly was very friendly, informative and helpful and after agreeing the associated costings, the repairs were carried out and my car subsequently passed its MOT..

My car broke down on the M11 last week while I was traveling for work to London from Tamworth and I managed to get the car to limp along to Bishops Stortford. After calling several randomly chosen garages who couldn’t fit me in at short notice, somebody recommended All Klass Autos. I brought my car in and they looked at it straight away. I was somewhat dismayed to learn that my boost pipe had completely broken and had to leave my car over night. Alex was extremely helpful and recommended a car hire place around the corner so that I could get to my survey (which was incredibly time sensitive) and then home to Tamworth.
When I returned to pick up my car the next day I found out that they had replaced the fan belt as well as the boost pipe as it was almost completely gone which I was very happy they had spotted otherwise that could have been another breakdown in the making.
The guys at All Klass Autos were so helpful and friendly and when I started driving the car home I realised just how good of a job they had done – not only had they fixed the issues previously mentioned but due to their diligence and expertise had spotted some parts of the underside of the engine were out of position and had put them back into place – as a result several niggling issues (including erroneous tyre pressure warning sign and over-zealous parking sensor) with my car (that another garage have previously looked at and concluded was due to an electrical glitch and would therefore be incredibly expensive to repair) are now fixed.
I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly, they truly went above and beyond….I just wish they were my local garage rather that a 2 hour drive away!!

Outstanding customer service once again. Allklasseautos offers high quality work and maintains integrity and honesty towards their customers. We had a Shock absorber that needed replacing, they informed us they had replaced the same one less than a year ago and therefore it was under warranty and there would be no cost to replace it. We wouldn’t have thought to look back ourselves. We would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future .

I have an Audi SQ5 just out of Audi warranty so sought a local, independent workshop for a 50k service and MOT. Super customer service. Speedy collection of hire car – no insurance details needed for once! Brakes and discs pre-ordered following a phone call before booking – enabling all work and repairs to be carried out in the one day and at a much more reasonable cost than Audi main dealer! Collection of my car/return of hire car just as straightforward. Thanks guys. We’ll be back!
