Why should we use you over a main dealer?
AWe use 100% genuine parts in our state-of-the-art workshop, but our prices are lower than main dealers. Our technicians are fully trained in the vehicles we specialise in, and we encourage you to speak to the technicians working on your vehicle.

Is there somewhere on-site I can wait for my car?
AIf you are waiting for your vehicle then you are welcome to use our comfortable waiting area which offers free WiFi and refreshments or you could take a short walk into the town centre. We are also very close to Bishop’s Stortford train station for our commuting customers.

Do you carry out MOTs onsite?
AYes – with our new state-of-the-art MOT bay, we have been able to offer MOTs since March 2015.

Are you able to accommodate Land Rover and Range Rover?
AWith our in-house dealer trained Land Rover technician, we can now accommodate all your 4×4 needs.

Do you use genuine parts?
AYes at All Klasse Autos we use only genuine parts this means your manufacturer’s warranty is not affected and parts and labour are guaranteed or 1 year

Do you offer collections and/or courtesy cars?
AYes we can arrange local collection and deliveries and we have both manual and automatic courtesy vehicles including a caddy van all of which need to be booked in advance.

Can I use All Klasse Autos for my servicing or will it invalidate my warranty?
AAt All Klasse Autos we only use genuine parts which will not invalidate a manufacturer warranty so you can of course use us for servicing.

Do you work on other vehicles other than Mercedes and VW/Audi?
AYes – although we specialise in German vehicles, we have the experience to cater for all makes and models.
